Cansinga's anti-collision cushions utilize impact protection technology from aerospace and rail transportation, employing independently developed high-performance cushioning materials. During the initial development process, the simulation and testing center conducted comprehensive mathematical and simulation analyses and test validations for each product, from establishing material constitutive models to optimizing overall structural designs. The entire product line underwent over 300 simulations and nearly 200 static compression and dynamic impact tests on various energy-absorbing components.

Regarding the overall structural aspect, over 10,000 extreme deceleration tests were conducted, and more than 30 full-scale collision tests at the national inspection center have been carried out, with a success rate of 100%.

Cansinga's series of anti-collision cushions feature lightweight design, simple structure, and strong energy absorption coverage.
